Marketing Director - Demand Generation

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Director specializing in Demand Generation to join our team and lead our efforts in driving growth and market expansion.

Job Overview:

The Marketing Director - Demand Generation will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to generate high-quality leads, accelerate pipeline growth, and drive revenue for Method Procurement Technologies. This role requires a deep understanding of B2B marketing, demand generation strategies, and a proven track record of success in scaling marketing efforts for SaaS or technology companies. The ideal candidate is a data-driven marketer with strong leadership skills and a passion for driving measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:  

1. Demand Generation Strategy:  

  • Develop and implement comprehensive demand generation strategies to drive awareness, engagement, and conversions for Method Procurement Technologies.  
  • Identify target audiences, create buyer personas, and tailor campaigns to address the needs of procurement professionals and decision-makers.  

2. Campaign Management:  

  • Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email marketing, paid advertising, content marketing, webinars, and events.  
  • Collaborate with the sales and strategic partnership teams to align marketing efforts with sales goals and ensure a seamless lead handoff process.  

3. Marketing Automation & Technology:  

  • Oversee the use of marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot) to streamline lead nurturing, scoring, and tracking.  
  • Leverage CRM systems (Hubspot) to monitor campaign performance and report on ROI.  

4. Content & Thought Leadership:  

  • Partner with the content team to develop high-impact content, including whitepapers, case studies, blogs, and eBooks, that resonate with target audiences.  
  • Position Method Procurement Technologies as a thought leader in the procurement technology space through innovative content and campaigns.  

5. Performance Management and Analytics:  

  • Execute, Track, measure, and analyze campaign performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize marketing spend.  
  • Provide regular reports to leadership on key KPIs, including lead generation, conversion rates, and pipeline contribution.  

6. Team Leadership:  

  • Lead and mentor a team of demand generation specialists, providing guidance and fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.  
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and maximize impact.  

7. Budget Management:  

  • Manage the demand generation budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to achieve maximum ROI.  

Qualifications:  

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.  
  •  7+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on demand generation for SaaS or technology companies. 
  • Proven track record of designing and executing successful demand generation campaigns that drive measurable results.  
  • Expertise in marketing automation platforms and CRM systems (Hubspot).  
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.  
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.  
  • Experience in the procurement and/or dental industry is a plus.
